Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Please note:

  • All return shipping costs, including any import duties or fees for returning items to Italy, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returned items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at info@onfiredancewear.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will get back to you with confirmation and provide the return address.

Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms below.

Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your return must:
 

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to withdraw.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered may not be eligible for a refund.


Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to you at your expense.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at info@onfiredancewear.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide the return address along with any further instructions.

  3. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions.


Processing Your Refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.


Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Any import duties, customs fees, or additional charges incurred during the return process (e.g., returning goods to Italy) will also be the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from your refund.
